Cristina Pojoga is licensed in both psychology (Babes-Bolyai University) and medicine (M.D.; “Iuliu Haţieganu” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca). She is a physician specialist în gastroenterology, trained also in behavioral medicine and cognitive behavioral therapies (e.g., at the Albert Ellis Institute, USA). Her expertise is related to behavioral medicine, clinical health psychology, and psychosomatics, more specifically to improving the quality of life and the efficacy of medical treatments în various gastrointestinal disorders by evidence-based psychological interventions.
