Oana Gavita este licenţiată în psihologie cu specializare în psihologie clinică şi psihoterapii cognitive şi comportamentale. Formarea în psihoterapie a fost făcută la Albert Ellis Institute, SUA şi la Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College London, UK. Expertiza sa este asociată aplicării psihologiei clinice/psihoterapiei în domeniul bussiness – coaching – (prin experienţa dobândită ca psiholog în domeniul bancar/economic) şi în domeniul familial – parenting – (prin experienţa dobândită ca psiholog în Centrul de Consiliere şi Sprijin pentru Părinţi şi Copii, D.G.A.S.P.C).
